Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Areum Kaya offers a 10-day return and refund policy for all unopened packages. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product must be **unused, unopened, and in its original packaging**.

  • Unboxing video is mandatory (clear, continuous, without cuts) from package opening to product inspection

  • Returns will not be accepted for opened, used, or damaged items unless the product arrived defective.

For hygiene and safety reasons, packages that have been opened are not eligible for return or refund
