You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment until delivery
COD is available on eligible orders
There are no extra charges for COD
For COD orders, dispatch will be done only after call verification
If the verification call is unanswered or declined, the order may be cancelled
Re-shipping charges (if applicable) may be borne by the customer.
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be tampered with:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Share clear photos/videos and the mandatory unboxing video
We will investigate and resolve the issue as per our Return & Refund Policy
Order Ownership & Risk
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier partner
However, we will assist you in coordinating with the courier for resolution if issues arise
